One Text, Twelve Intepretations

One message. A dozen ways to read it. What fills the gap between what was sent and what the other person heard — and what that does to trust.

The space between sending and being understood

Modern relationships live partly in text. Which is fine, until a message lands wrong — and then the absence of tone, of physical presence, of all the small signals that carry meaning in person means that the gap fills with whatever fear is already present.

This album is about that gap. Not about fixing it, but about the experience of living in it. The anxious wait for a reply. The message that felt neutral to write but hit differently on arrival. The accumulated weight of small misreadings that nobody intended and everybody felt.

The deliberately misspelled title (Intepretations, not Interpretations) is intentional — a small built-in misreading. The kind that's easy to miss and hard to explain when someone notices.
