Still Human
Songs for the days you feel overwhelmed, ashamed, or less steady than you hoped to be — and that's still enough.
About this album
What Still Human is about
Still Human is the album you reach for when you've had the kind of day that makes you question yourself. Not because anything catastrophic happened, but because you didn't show up the way you wanted to — and the shame is quiet and heavy and hard to name.
It's William Cloudborn's direct answer to the pressure to perform okayness. These songs don't ask you to be better. They ask you to be here, exactly as you are, and call that enough.
Recorded with Northern Moss Records, the production is deliberately close — intimate, warm, almost like someone talking to you in a low voice. No stadium anthems. No resolution that doesn't feel earned.
The title track has become a quiet touchstone for listeners going through ADHD burnout, relationship difficulty, and the particular exhaustion of trying to be enough for too many people at once.
The title song
"Being still human — not transcendent, not fixed, not on the other side — that's where most of us actually live."
